Dear Students:

To ensure that our faculty members meet the standards set by the Department of Education, we highly appreciate your time and honest feedback in completing this Faculty Competence Evaluation Form. 

We assure you that all responses will be treated with strict confidentiality. Only school administrators will have access to the data. Thus, no individual responses will be shared or used for purposes other than this evaluation.
